High-purity and hygienic industries demand extremely high cleanliness and minimal contamination in piping systems. As a result, BA and EP tubes are commonly required and further subjected to deep cleaning and cleanroom packaging. Sincoo provides high-purity stainless steel tubing solutions for biopharmaceutical gas systems, electronic cleanrooms, high-standard laboratories, semiconductors, LCD manufacturing, ultra-high-purity gas distribution, and chemical delivery applications. We also offer advanced Processing & Cleaning Services, including anodic cleaning, internal and external electropolishing, vacuum-grade ultra-pure cleaning, and residual gas analysis (RGA), ensuring superior purity, corrosion resistance, and system reliability.
BA tubes(Bright Annealed tubes) are stainless steel tubes that undergo bright annealing in a protective atmosphere, giving them clean, smooth, and oxidation-free inner and outer surfaces.
EP tubes (Electropolished tubes) start from BA tubes and receive additional electropolishing, resulting in an even smoother inner surface with lower roughness and higher cleanliness.

Main Standards and Grades for Hydraulic and Instrumentation Application:
Standards: ASTM A269, ASTM A632, EN 10216-5, ASME SA-213 / SA-213M, ASME SA-312 / SA-312M, SEMI F20
Main Grades:TP304 (1.4301), TP304L (1.4307), TP316 (1.4401), TP316L (1.4404)
BA & EP Tubes Special Production and Clean Packaging Process:
1. Customized Raw Materials
The tube billets are specially customized to strictly control chemical composition, inclusions, gas content and other key metallurgical parameters. This ensures the purity and stability required for high-purity applications.
2. High Dimensional Accuracy
All tubes are produced with precise dimensional control, achieving an outer diameter tolerance of ±0.02 mm and an inner surface roughness of ≤0.2 μm. This guarantees excellent consistency and compatibility for demanding process systems.
3. Controlled Hardness for Easy Fabrication
The tube hardness is controlled at ≤80 HRB, making the tubes easier to bend, cut, and process in subsequent fabrication steps without compromising mechanical performance.
4. Ultra-Clean Cleaning Process
Each tube undergoes high-precision ultra-pure cleaning using 18 MΩ ultrapure water. High-purity nitrogen (99.999%) is then used for purging and filling to remove residual moisture and contaminants. Final clean packaging is completed inside a Class 100 cleanroom.
5. Excellent Clean Packaging
Both tube ends are wrapped with PA film and sealed with rubber protective caps. Each tube is packaged in two layers of anti-static clean bags and then protected in a reinforced wooden case to prevent contamination and mechanical damage during shipment.
In High-Purity & Hygienic applications, BA and EP tubes are typically used in the following sub-segments:
1. Ultra-High Purity (UHP) Gas Distribution Lines
For high-purity nitrogen, helium, argon, clean dry air, and specialty process gases in semiconductor fabs, LCD, and solar PV industries.
2. Chemical Delivery & Drain Systems
For the transfer, recirculation, and drainage of high-purity chemicals such as acids, bases, and solvents, requiring extremely low roughness and particle-free surfaces.
3. Clean Utility Piping
Including ultrapure water (UPW), clean steam, and process cooling water used in controlled clean environments.
4. Biopharmaceutical Process Piping
For process fluids such as purified water, WFI, buffer solutions, and media used in biopharmaceutical production.
5. Cleanroom Equipment & Tool Connections
For internal tubing, valve manifolds, and fluid control modules within cleanroom equipment and process tools.

Processing & Cleaning Services
We provide a full range of precision processing services, including anodic cleaning, internal and external electropolishing, ultra-pure vacuum cleaning, and residual gas analysis (RGA).
These processes ensure high cleanliness levels, improved corrosion resistance, and dependable system performance for critical applications.
①Anodic Cleaning
The component is connected as the anode and electrically cleaned in an electrolyte to remove oils, oxides, and surface contaminants.
②Internal and External Electropolishing
The component is immersed in an electrolyte and electrically polished so that microscopic surface peaks are dissolved, smoothing both internal and external surfaces, achieving a surface roughness of up to Ra ≤ 0.13 μm.
③Ultra-pure Vacuum Cleaning
A multi-step high-purity cleaning process is performed in a controlled environment to remove particles, organic residues, and ionic contaminants.
④Residual Gas Analysis (RGA)
A mass spectrometer is used under vacuum conditions to detect and analyze residual gas species and their concentrations.
